Course Access Limit

Refunds are available if you've completed less than 20% of course modules. Once you exceed this threshold, partial refund options may apply instead.

Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent access to course materials, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard timeframe.

Refund Scenarios

Full Refund Qualification

You're entitled to a complete refund if you submit your request within 14 days of enrollment and have accessed fewer than 20% of available course materials. This ensures you have adequate time to evaluate whether the program meets your needs without significant commitment.

Note: Certificate programs and specialized workshops may have slightly different terms based on resource allocation.

Partial Refund Options

If you've accessed between 20% and 50% of course content, you may qualify for a partial refund calculated at 50% of the total program cost. This applies to requests made within 30 days of enrollment and considers the educational resources you've already utilized.

Note: Access to downloadable materials or completed assignments may affect partial refund calculations.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds aren't available after 30 days from enrollment, if you've completed more than 50% of course materials, or if you've received a completion certificate. Additionally, promotional discounts and bundled program savings cannot be refunded separately from the main course fee.

  • If you received course materials as physical shipments, you'll need to return these items in unused condition before refund processing begins.
  • Exchange rates and transaction fees from international payments may affect final refund amounts. We process refunds in the original currency when possible.
